How does renting a PS5 digital game work?

Search the catalog, pick a game, choose Weekly or Monthly, then choose a Trophy or Non-Trophy slot. Send the prepared request to June Digitals on Messenger. If an available rental request is accepted, Messenger sends the GCash payment details and QR; send your payment proof and wait for staff confirmation before account setup.

What is the difference between Weekly and Monthly?

Weekly is valid for 7 days with 1 game swap. Monthly is valid for 30 days with multiple swaps. Every completed swap has a 24-hour cooldown, and all swaps are subject to availability. Rates for each game are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP).

What is the difference between Trophy and Non-Trophy?

A Trophy slot lets you play on your own PSN profile, so trophies and saves stay with you. A Non-Trophy slot is played on the rented game profile. Both give access to the full game, and availability is tracked separately for each slot type.

Is my slot reserved as soon as I send a request?

No. Availability can change while requests are being processed, so a slot is final only after June Digitals confirms it on Messenger. Waitlist and pre-reservation requests should wait for confirmation before paying.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable PHP 150 security deposit may apply to a new rental. It is refunded when the rental is returned correctly and on time by following the provided steps.
